We took the 5 year membership around 3 years back with gc at their vashi office. At the time of joining the gc, their sales team given lot of false commitments and wrong info about their company. Off late we realized their vashi office is closed, customer care numbers are mostly switched off, most of the old staff has left gc, nobody is reverting on emails, etc. We have been told of gc club wherein they promised of event passes, new year parties, etc but nothing has happened in last three years. We would like to take up this matter to consumer court and requesting other gc members to form a group to file a joint complain. Was this information helpful? |
