We took the 5 year membership around 3 years back with gc at their vashi office. At the time of joining the gc, their sales team given lot of false commitments and wrong info about their company. Off late we realized their vashi office is closed, customer care numbers are mostly switched off, most of the old staff has left gc, nobody is reverting on emails, etc. We have been told of gc club wherein they promised of event passes, new year parties, etc but nothing has happened in last three years. We would like to take up this matter to consumer court and requesting other gc members to form a group to file a joint complain.

I paid 1 lac for the membership, whenever i request for holiday booking they keep saying i need to inform 1 month advance, this time i have informed 45 days before and got response from that portal is not working hence contact us after 20th august. I have been cheated badly need my money back. Add my number in whats up group [protected].

They don't have any own properties they just go to the travel portals and find the rooms whichever is less price (1500 approx) because anyway we should pay for service charges for it so they always try to book the room which cost them 1500 rs. I have asked to book the hotel in coorg since hotels are expensive in coorg hence they said portal is not working, they don't have any own property and own portal. Just making the stories.

I am planning to file a case against them to get money in consumer court, please share if anyone approached consumer court and got their money.

I got promotional offer from global company. For this i attended 2 hours company promotional offer.
After this i have been told that you will get free movie tickets and holiday package.
I tried to get a free movie ticket. However the company is fraud. Since last 2 months they are saying the movie tickets quota has been sold out. I want to make a complaint for this company and want my 2 free movie tickets asap.

I had taken holiday package from global connect company. This company reference i got from reliance fresh mall, belapur. I am shocked how reliance is promoting such fraud people to sell these packages. Is reliance group supporting them and behind this scam?
After few moths i came to know that company vashi office has been closed and all have cheated me. I tried to contact there pune head office and sent my people over there in last month but no one found in office. All provided contact numbers are out of service.
I had invested 36000/- and never booked any package from them as on date.
I am ready to join fight with you all against this cheater group. All are [censored]ers.

I had opted for global connect membership & now i feel its my biggest mistake.

I was promised so many things & a little of that has been met. Below some of the issues out of the laundry list'
I was old that no interest will be charged on my credit card but actually it was, i had to find with them for 3 monhts to get back my interest.
They had promised to give 3 star & above hotels but seldom get one.
They had promised to include or consider a hotel that guest suggests if its a 3 star which they never entertain
They had promised that booking air tickets would give user 10% to 15% savings on the tickets, which i have never received
I was told that the complimentary holiday can be clubbed with membership benefits which has not happened till now
Even if you plan your holiday well before may be about 3 months & ask global connect to book hotels / tickets they don't entertain that on the account of portal not allowing it.
I was on vacation to andamans & got a shock that the hotel bill is not paid by global connect. Upon discussion with the customer care they asked to pay the amount and promised that it will be paid back in a week. They asked me to book a airport pick up / drop cab myself & air tickets myself & the discount amount as well cab charges will be paid together in a week. I had spent around 20k my self. Its been more than 9 months now & have not received a single penny from them

I visited their office in baner & realised that its been shifted. The phone numbers provided on the door do not seem to be correct as they are not answered. I then got contact number of mumbai office & started my painful process for holiday booking once again. I emailed them 3-4 times & called them at least 10 times for rajasthan vacation. After which i received few hotels. I selected hotels after many debates & asked them to book them. I booked air tickets after this. After few days someone called me saying that they selected hotels are sold out & they will suggest new options. Nothing has happened since then.
I have called them at least 20 times for this. They either don’t respond to calls, give commitments that they never meet. Or behave as if they don’t know anything about this case & need time to look into it.
The list is end less there are so much more that i can write that i will get bored & feeling of negativity will fill my rest of the day. Bottom line is global connect is a fraud company full of cheaters. They don’t have any eithics & have formed this firm only to harass & rob customers. Thy are not even worth 0.1 star on the scale of 10. Please never ever opt for these cheaters.
I am thinking of lodging a complaint against them in consumer forum & also register a police complaint for cheating & stealing money.

From last 6 months i haven't received my emi reversal. Also the service is very poor. Even they have closed their office now. Can we set form a group & file the complaint. I have received package amount of rs.25, 000/- for 7 days period from global connect holidays & club pvt ltd on dated 23rd may 2017 on my father mr. Prakash musale name. Payment was paid through hdfc bank credit card on 12 months emi basis. 1st my installment process was not done. After meet with mr. Manish, he has completed emi process.
That time, from hdfc bank told that processing fee will be applicable on this transactions. So mr. Manish told me that my office will refund this amount & also refund interest which will charge on your basic amount i. E. Rs.25, 000/-.
Last month bank charged processing fee & interest total amount of rs.600/- in the statement. My payment due date was 02nd aug.2017.
On dated 23rd of jul & then 27th jul 17, i have send my statement copy & my cheque photocopy to mr. Vikrant (Director of this group) by whats up as per his suggestion. But till today i. E.10/08/2017, i have not received my refund amount. When i was trying to talk with mr. Vikrant on phone, he was not receiving my phone & daily just give commitment on whats up that today i will transfer refund amount on your bank account.
He told me that if you want to take legal action then go ahead no issue.

Me and my wife purchase holiday package from Global connect Vashi office. Membership Number:- GCM0651. As per the package they are providing hotel which 4 star and above in anywhere in the world. Currently we are trying to book some hotel in UAE, they are just offering some local budget hotel and that also dosent have any conformations. Again we are trying to contact them last couple of days and not getting any kind of response from this organization. They are just asking call some PUne head quarter number. We have tried there also and end of the day we are not getting any kind of responds from any where. We have paid almost 132000/ through my credit card in advance. They are not ready to give refund as well. I need your support for solving this issue.I am updating the contact details of Global connect.

My wife was requested to fill up the promotional coupons at abhiruchi mall in pune dhayri in march 2016
After that we received 5-6 calls from mr abhijeet (Telecaller) global connect, stating that we are the lucky customer won prize on fill up of the coupon.
And invited myself and my wife for the presentation and collect surprise gift
After his continuous calls and request and a number of assurances, we attended the presentation.
We invested more than 90 min in knowing about the service and the presentation.
We were assured to get free holiday, irrespective of the membership.
There mr. Abhijeet had made verbal wrong promises as bellow

(1) you will get many festival coupons arranged in pune like navratri passes and other cultural festival passes free of cost
- actually till today we didn't received any pass
(2) if they will not be able to service then they will refund money
- in agreement of page 2 it is clearly mentioned that it is non refundable
(3) member ship is taken for 4 members 2 adults and 2 kids above 5 years and you will get studio room,
O that you will not have to pay any additional amount for extra bed for kids
- in agreement of page 2 they taken our sign page 2, where-ever this correction they made, but they didn't signed on that
(4) after member ship purchase you don't have to pay any additional amount
- in agreement of page 3 point 3 is mentioned that we have to pay amc
(5) booking of holiday can be done 15-45 days before
- in agreement of page 4 point 9 it is mentioned that it is 30-45 days
(6) you will get 3*, 4* and 5* hotel rooms
- in reality they don't gives 3*, 4* hotel rooms, but those hotel whose rating by user is 3* or 4*
(Which may be rated by their hotel staff and their co-companies like global connect)
(7) credit card payment will be emi basis and there will not be any interest charged. And if bank will charge interest, company will refund that interest
- in buton up confirmation page it all mentioned, but there is not any sign by them

Surely it is our mistake that we trusted their word and we didn't read document carefully at the time of payment.

But reality happened when we tried to utilise this package and i requested for hotel booking as bellow

First booking request was sent on 14-oct-2016 for booking of 3-nov-2016 in ahmedabad city
They replied on 18-oct-2016 after my one more reminder on 17-oct-2016, with 4 hotels of ahmedabad
I selected one hotel and asked for further details like room type, a. C./non a. C. And number of beds in 18-oct-2016
I reminded again on 20-oct-2016 for confirmation
They repliedon 23-oct-2016, with detail that room will be superior type with break fast included and can accomodate 2 adults (They didn't mentione about ac/non ac rooom type)
On 24-oct-2016 i replied that i had promised for studio room where 2 adults and 2 kids above 5 years can be accomodated, since my son are of ages (14 years and 10 years)
Obviously if we were aware that kids bellow 5 years only allowed then we never had purchased this package
On 29-oct-2016 they replied stating that i was out of reach on call (I had already informed them that i am out of station from 29th oct 2016)
On 31-oct-2016 they again asked for confirmation of one room (While i had never asked for 2 rooms, so it is clearly time pass only)
I confirmed for one room on 31-oct-2016 during traveling only
On 2-nov-2016 they given me confirmation of hotel
Which i couldn't accept as one day before while i was in traveling during diwali vacation. So i booked it in swaminarayan temple only.
So they cancelled booking on 2-nov-2016

This way this people are making false promises and cheating with people.

I am not only one person cheated like this, but there are many.

People, please be aware of the these fake club and it's people they are the biggest frauds with very rude and in-cooperative staff. They sell their membership to my parents by saying that they can book the best wedding halls in pune whenever my parents would request. Now it's the time we want a wedding hall, we wanted these people to book maratha mandir wedding hall one of the pune's most famous and well maintained wedding hall. Also we requested them list of halls as the wedding is planned in day time and lawns are useless in our case. So, they started their tantrums by saying they can't book this hall or any other hall in pune as they are now in process of renewal of their policies and they can book any hall or lawn of our choice from their list only prior one and half month which is impossible in case of wedding. Then they say that we should trust them and try their services first. We received list of hotels from these people after 15 days that too after having continuous follow ups and 1 fight with one of their employee. They shared list of lawns which don't have halls with capacity of~500 people. This was really pathetic and irritating as after telling them so many times and mentioning clearly in several emails that we are looking for wedding halls and not lawns they shared list of lawns with us. Most intolerable part comes now as global connect pays only for the hall and not for food, and none of the lawn persons can give you bifurcation of the lawn charges and food charges as they charge you with per person cost including food and other facilities. These global connect fake people are not ready to provide us the bifurcation of charges that is the amount global connect will pay and the amount we'll have to pay. Again they have very rude, insensitive and in-cooperative manager named neha at pune office who was very arrogant and is incapable of handling a customer. God knows who designated her as a manager.

These people just want money from you. Once you paid that's done. You won't get any good service from them. These people don't have any process, business ethics, principals and morals. They are white collared thieves wanting money out of customers. They literally emotionally blackmailed my parents and convinced them to pay the charges which is really a big loss for us.

A big no to these fake global connect club and their people. Please, don't let these fake people fool you.

I have also invested Rs. 1 lakh and lost like laasya. I WANT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS FRAUD COMPANY i was requested to fill up the promotional coupons at Big Bazar, and received 5-6 calls from Mr Abhijeet (Telecaller )Global Connect, inviting me and my Husband for the presentation.
After his continuous calls and request and a number of assurances, i attended the presentation with my Husband.We spent more than 90 min in knowing about the service and the presentation.We were assured to get free holiday, irrespective of the membership .I decided to redeem the voucher for the next month, and hence tried to contact the office where I spoke to Mr Abhijeet, who was very rude and arrogant.
I tried to contact the customer care department where I wasnt given any information .
I WOULD JUST COMMENT THAT THE MARKETING GUYS ARE TOO SHRUDE AND MISLEAD THE PEOPLE AND FAKE PROMISES AND SWEET TALKS, WITH NO REALITY SHOWS THAT THE COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE ANY ETHICAL VALUES.

I would like to draw your attention that i was pressurised to avail global connect package at their office room. I had realised later on that the firm is a fraud firm and is highly unreliable in their services. Therefore i call upon hdfc customer care number and vide reference ibid i was told to sent a copy of the contract i had entered with the firm. I was also directed to speak to the firm regarding my unwillingness. I had spoken to them...
