We booked a holiday package with few complimentary services from GlobalConnect Holidays company last year . (www.globalconnectholidays.net). This company is a fraud. We booked a package for 75k and they promised that they have holiday booking option anytime anywhere in this package plus complimentary gym, club, movie, parlour, etc .Also they said that the interest on EMI they will be paying back to us but nothing of this sort happened in last 1 year. Movie voucher they provide 2 times in beginning but after that they keep on saying that their complimentary services are on hold all the time. During package booking they said that you don't have to pay anything later for holiday except if you have any extra member but when we placed a request they said that for each booking you have to pay 1333 as charges per day. We don't take Annual mainetenance charge so we are taking this . I don't understand if they are not providing complimentary services and they are taking 1333 per day then why they took 85k+ credit card interest from us. this is total fraud. they are just fooling customers. Everytime we make a request, they tell some new thing why that request can't be processed.
We want our money back from them.
I think everyone should come together to fight against these frauds.

lets make a group and send contact details if we have a group of 10 to 15 victims we will file FIR
Hi Guys, Same for me. I took membership in Feb 2015 and since day one i never received any proper service. Let me know if there is anything as a complaint you guys have registered. Recently i got 2 numbers (+91 [protected]/[protected]) which were working till last month but now again they are switched off.
I also got to know that they are shifted from Pune to Thane in Mumbai.

i have taken a membership by paying Rs 51000.00 .I was able to use only 9 days tour package but since last two years they are not accessible, all their numbers are switched off. Do they still have their office in Thane in working is their somebody to attend. can we jointly file FIR as cheating and also go to consumer court to get our refund.
please make a list of all victims with their names and contact details so as to communicate for further action.

yes can we meet somewhere in Thane to talk the action plan.
hi guys, i also victim of same company, we have paid 23000 and availed one service and that also horrible experience. We have in wittering : if services not up to the mark then you will refund me my membership with prorate basis. With my first experience i decided that to take the refund. When i reach to there Thane office they said we will refund . Mail also send for the same. But till date i have not received the amount. Today i visited the office that time i knew that the office is closed without notice to the members. All phones coming switch off. On the above conclusion, the company is fraud & cheater. Request to all pls do not invest any amt. with this company.. Am ready to join the group for fighting for refund. pls contact me on [protected]@gmail.com
