Global Quest Pro — fake job offer

I have been cheated by Global Quest Pro. for a job offer.As i have done the transaction with risk for refundable amount for registration, their representative Sandy stopped to respond me even the interview not conducted on said date as well as payment receipt also not provided. Then I called on no. +91-[protected] from their website. There i talk to Ms Needa who sent me mail from mounika email & promised to update me as Sandy is on leave. I lost the trust on these guys. I am not sure wheather money will be refunded or I will be called up for interview but seems like I am one of their victim. So please beware & advise me how to get my hard earning money?
