I have been dealing with Ronald at quest solutions about a claim that has been filed 2nd November 2021 for 3rd party Joseph O'Reilly. The team is very rude when I ask for a follow up and Ronald has become unavailable to answer my calls and when he does he has no solutions for me.

Do not trust these guys, they have been cheating and fooling students in the name of immigration. They do not provide complete information and they lie about the process. They do not do any work at all and make reasons for the process to get delayed. The team cannot communicate properly let alone cannot write a proper email. Unqualified and unethical team that only try getting in more students and their money and keep pending their case....

No action taken by them, after multiple follow-up they have asked for related documents for processing my daughter's profile for canada.
