I have been dealing with Ronald at quest solutions about a claim that has been filed 2nd November 2021 for 3rd party Joseph O'Reilly. The team is very rude when I ask for a follow up and Ronald has become unavailable to answer my calls and when he does he has no solutions for me.

Please can you assist with a resolution as the 3rd party needs to fix his car and use it. Claim Number 1162401.

On 14th September 2018, I paid Rs 35, 857 against a job offer which turned out to be fake. There was a series of emails that I received from Mounika, Rahul Singh and no part of the offer was honoured. The email trail is available and can be forwarded. I wrote to them repeatedly to make refunds and these requests went unanswered. I had also sent people to visit their stated office (as obtained from their website) and the office was always found locked. When no result was forthcoming, I wrote to Telangana Cyber Cell ([protected]@tspolice.gov.in). Still nothing happened. I continued to send people to visit offices and the office was always found locked.

We got some complaint in the Name of Siddhart Barua cheating all candidates with keeping Fictious Names, earlier he had Several Criminal Cases Registered against him in Various cities and his father was a Police Inspector and he worked with Y-axis, Hyderabad for several years.

This mail is out of all the frustration you've given to your candidate, i had gone ahead with you as my immigration agency for canada pr on false promises of mr. Ajay rathod 2 years back and a sum of more than rs. 60, 000. Reshma was my representative who was thrown out in 6 months and then there was no update on my profile, after numerous calls i was told rachel will handle my profile and to my astonishment she was no more in the organization in 15 days. Again there is no update coming in, after numerous calls i get to know ajay is no more in the organization, so who am i supposed to communicate my concerns to? And then there is someone called sanket who had sent me a mail with some pr updates, i tried to get in touch with him, but he spoke only once and then there is no response and no update on my concerns while my profile is invalid and i do not know the reason for the same but sanket has not been back to me since 2 months.

You guys are looting people's hard earned money & you will not succeed with such foolish behavior, while my uncle is an advocate & i am about to get in touch with him with regards to your tactics to cheat people. Thanks for cheating innocent candidates.

Do not trust these guys, they have been cheating and fooling students in the name of immigration. They do not provide complete information and they lie about the process. They do not do any work at all and make reasons for the process to get delayed. The team cannot communicate properly let alone cannot write a proper email. Unqualified and unethical team that only try getting in more students and their money and keep pending their case.

They have also associated with a fraud professor who they claim to be an ielts examiner who you should pay extra to attend his classes and he will take care of your scores. Have seen them suggesting this to many students.

After you find out about their lies and show them proof they haress you over the whole refund process. Make reasons and false deductions to just keep your money with them

Have all proof to show my claims.

As per our data base the names and id’s not matching with any customer who enrolled and registered for any services with us for the last three years.

Has any of you realized on this post, that the name of the Person was not given? What was the loss for the person who has written the post here and for his friend? Ironically all id’s the post was done back to back with link to two id’s.

i had paid Rs. 20000/- equivalent to US$250/- in Oct 2018, but not received any feedback or result.

I got a call from Ms Aliya Khan HR Manager of Global Quest Pro on 21/11/2018 and informed me they have a job offer in abudhabi and dubai with high salary. They will arrange the first interview with in one week and my job profile strength is 80% percentage match of client requirements and i need to pay $500 for this job offer.
As she promise me over the phone is i will get the job 100% and she will arrange the direct interview within one week.

The basic contract was, they will share the client details after the 50% advance payment. As per their promise i paid the $250 payment via credit card on 22/11/2018. After two weeks they gave me one client details but for my luck, i checked with HR team of the client and they informed me that they dont have any connection with Global quest Pro. When i questioned this matter she didn’t gave me any reply. Still i am trying to contact them for my refund but they are not attending my phone calls . In last week i received another call from Global Quest Pro ( name is Ms.Nida) and they offered the same job and different payment structure .They thought i was a new client and the same promises was repeated

I have posted my experiance in Quora and till now i have received more than 15 emails and all about their scam and all the people has same experiance.
I kindly requesting to take action against this company and i need my money and compensation also the others, who was victim of this scam.

This company is a clear case of scam. Don’t waste money and time

Ms.Aliya Khan, the HR manager of Global Quest Pro contacted me on Nov 21st Via Telephone and informed that they have a job offer in Abu dhabi and Dubai with high salary. They will arrange the first interview with in one week and they informed me that my job profile strength is 85% percentage match of client requirements and i need to pay $500 for this job offer. The basic contract was, they will share the client details after the 50% advance payment. As per their promise i paid the $250 payment via credit card on 22nd Nov 2018.After two weeks they gave me one client details there was no authenticity of the job offer, for my luck, i checked with HR team of the client and they informed me that they dont have any connection with Global quest Pro. When i questioned this matter to Ms. Mounika (colleague of Ms. Aliya) she didn’t answered my questions and still i am following my money. In last week i received another call from Global Quest Pro ( name is Ms. Nida) and they offered the same job and different payment structure .They thought i was a new client and the same promises was repeated. I requested for refund and they didn’t.

I requested for the refund and they didn't return my money.

Because of their unprofessionalism i have lost my money and my valuable time. If they are taking more than one week for my reimbursement, i need extra compensation for time delay.

This is a fraud company, They cheat all innocent students and take away their hardearned money . Be very careful with them . You will find one loser manager Kevin, he will give any fake information. They will lie to you on the VISA processing that they are not getting dates . Out of 15 students only 1 person get visa and they give silly reason that its not our fault its the emabbasy . they will eat away the money of other 14 students and get through only one. I had a very bad experince and almost waited for a year to get visa dates.for more info along with proof. Please contact me on [protected]

This company named global quest Pro who deal with Job Consultancy is one of the biggest fraud. This company tricked me in the name of Job consultancy, as they agreed to provide suitable job openings and appointed dedicated personal job hunt manager. This was a paid service o[censored]SD 500, and i was forced to pay 50% Advance ( on 20/11/18) . Service is for a period of 6 months. After payment, the company is not providing proper response or service and feels like a Fraud/ Money and time-wasting Service. I asked for a refund and got an update from the company that " Waiting for management approval"(on 20/12/18) . Still i didn't got any response or refund from the company. I tried again on the landline and not getting proper responses.
For resolution, They need to provide a refund to my account and please stop this Fraud/Cheating service on JOB Seekers.

Global quest pro has confirmed there a job as shortlisted to be finalized only after they receive the payment o[censored]sd. 1000. job to be in Dubai. after six months there is no job, no replies to my mail. Money transferred to their Hyderabad bank account with Axis bank.

Organized scamsters targetting NRI, s by assuring guaranteed jobs, demanding money.

If he does this, and can't explain clearly why they're the right match for you, then it's another big red flag. It suggests that he does not care about you or understand your goals. But the application process is about you and not about his agenda.

An agent who takes your money and treats you as a secondary concern in the application process is, well, just taking your money. Quite possibly, he's also taking money from the colleges he's plugging, for every student that he recruits for them.

The bottom line is that there's no alternative to playing an active role in your own application process. Nobody understands your educational goals better than yourself. A good agent will listen, and provide perspective, information, suggestions and tips based on his experience of guiding other students to successful academic careers. But, if you don't do your own research, you will benefit less than you can from even a good agent. More importantly, if you don't do your own research, you are far less likely to be able to tell a good agent from a fraud

"Global Quest Pro" has taken 500 USD from me as registration charge in order to provide me interviews suitable for my experience for a span of six months. Five months over, they didn't arrange for any interview. They don't provide mobile numbers and don't respond to calls at their land line. They don't respond to emails also. My money is gone. The lady who was dealing with me before payment was doing that in the name of "Aliya" and another lady started emailing after payment as "Mounika". May be all are fake names. They have a fake linkedin profile as well.
Now you might wonder why I agreed to pay for consultancy service. The reason is truly there are some good companies who provide payment based placement consultancy. I thought this Global Quest pro might be like this. They made a good-looking website also. But now I understand that they are cheats.

Kindly help me to get back my registration money of 500 USD.

I have been approached by Sneha Reddy of Global Quest pro in the month of February on 17th in the year 2018, for providing services for job outside the country. She asked me to deposit 13500 INR towards the service charge which was to be deposited in the following bank account

This company took USD300 from me in March 2018, sending me a written acknowledgement that they would refund me the whole amount back in case they are not able to find me a job opportunity. Now 7 months have gone and no one is responding to my calls and mails. They have stolen my money. The name of the people involved are Rahul Singh and Mounika. Neither are they able to provide me any jobs and now they are not paying me my refund. It is clearly mentioned in their terms and conditions.
