Global Quest Pro — fraud promises of providing job opportunities, payment not refunded

I was seeking jobs via Naukri, Indeed, AME and other job links by registering and posting my CV
-7th August '18: I received many calls from Ms. Priyanka that i have a good job prospect (from my CV/posting indicating 26 years of experience, Senior Management, Sales/Marketing/Business Development role/position) and lured me that there is a client seeking similar candidate like me with O&G experience and capable of developing Company/Department.
She tells me she would advice me of the details and arrange client interview only if I paid them US$ 300/- as advance and US$ 300/- after being selected.
Another Mr. Sahil Singh calls and sends link for payment transfer
Both the above called atleast 20 times to convince me of this rear opportunity, promised referral to other clients or return back the payment if i was not interested in their services
-8th August: received multiple follow-up calls to confirm my interest and payment to arrange client interview immediately since they will also nominate a counterpart to accompany me for the interview/negotiation
In return I called both the numbers to confirm if they were using active lines:
([protected]: Priyanka, Priya, Riya) and ([protected]: Sahil Singh)

I negotiated and they accepted US$ 250/- advance and balance US$ 350/ upon being selected. I remitted IRS 17, 500/- from my brother's Credit Card
I got message of Account name: Global Quest Solutions

-9th August onward: Unable to reach anyone on the numbers and not received any reply to my emails ever since

I request Consumer Team to arrange the refund and ban this company and its licenses or services including their Bank Accounts. This is to help other people not fall for the fraud promises and services that GQP claims to provide
