Good day

I have been dealing with Ronald at quest solutions about a claim that has been filed 2nd November 2021 for 3rd party Joseph O'Reilly. The team is very rude when I ask for a follow up and Ronald has become unavailable to answer my calls and when he does he has no solutions for me.

Please can you assist with a resolution as the 3rd party needs to fix his car and use it. Claim Number 1162401.

May be you are posting Negative reviews on Our Company name by Mistake. We never had any employees with the name of Ronald, We are Mumbai, India based

Also this Website of https://www.consumercomplaints.in is not authentic, this is a commercial site to make ad revenue from Google. As we complained to them many times not to club all Fraud companies under similiar name as Ours.

Please file a complaint against the same company with Address n Website, n Phone Number etc..
Plz don't Post Complaints at Wrong Company with Similar Names..
