Global Seal Electronics Limited — taking money but not refunding not providing the money

I got smith contact number on a facebook page which the link is given below. The promised to provide an original product of iphone. After transferring rs.20000 to his account he started saying it cannot be dispatched just because dhl people are denying to deliver 1 unit or 2 unit so he told me to buy 3 products together so that i have to pay another 15k to the 3rd unit. Then, at last, he came to conclusion saying just pay 5k, you will get the parcel. I completely denied it after hearing that he cannot refund the money was so ever i paid him. I also want to raise a complaint on dhl who is denying this and people who are supporting this kind of fraud people. Please find the name contact number acc details photo's they shared to us
