I have called to IFB Customer Care for a Washing Machine Service and somebody from Global Services reached home and took my Machine Motor. Now they said they will fix a new motor with 5400/- but will not return the old one. It is already 3 days past, service was committed in 24Hrs. Pls beware about such fraud service center.
