[Resolved] Global Services — Spare parts not replaced but charged | |||
My ifb washing machine was not functioning and my regular service person was not available, so googled in the net and found global services, called them up and they registered a complaint. The technician came and verified the machine and told some components needs to be replaced and he would taking the unit to the factory. Washing machine was taken and after three days it was returned stating that the parts have been replaced and a bill amount 8100 was charged. I got hard copy of the invoice. I used the machine and found that the problem was not rectified tried calling the technicians number and other related numbers no use. I went to the address mentioned in the invoice and called up the person for exact location, the person told that branch is closed and i have to go head office in electronic city. After almost 15 days i called up my regular service person, we found no parts have been replaced and in fact the company has charged almost double for spare part. I attaching the invoice for your reference. Request you to take action and back list the company from its services. My contact.
