Global Star Solution — asking money for termination

I have accepted work from global star company for filling 1000forms and i failed to have 90% accuracy so as per condition i have payed them an amount of 5200 and asked them that i want to leave and don't send me any work for that they are asking money and telling that they have filed a case on me in delhi high court
I am a student i can't pay such huge amount for them sir they are asking me to pay for around 39k. At the time of joining they didnt said anything about termination while i asked them to terminate me from there firm there employee mr. Deepak threatening me that pay the money or else we will take legal action. Pls help me in getting out of this problem sir
