Global Star Solution I show my interest in above part time job providing group to see high salary package. I joined the group and taken a project as well as agreed with their agreement to send my Aadhar card copy, the time period for 1000 pages typing was 10 days, before proving the work task, they felt me that the provided task is very simple and easy (as normal as we do in our daily life), I beg them a sample copy but they denied. But when they provided the typing task, it was in very different font and some of the part of the script was unreadable and very difficult kind of operation. When I communicate to a group member of GLOBAL STAR, within the time period of taken task, and told them about my difficulties then instead of helping me or suggesting any way, they awared me about penalty, because of I was unable to complete the task, and after seven days I got a mail in reference of Minhaz M. Patel, who said himself a advocate, letter on this person called me and suggest to pay total penalty of 30000 Rs. within seven days, and also suggest that if I would not pay this amount within the given time period then I will have to present in DELHI court, I feel that this is going wrong and they cheat me, please help me and suggest what I should do next. WHEN I REGISTERED I GOT A CALL FROM A PERSON WHOSE NAME WAS DEEPAK, WHEN I TRIED TO REACH HIM .. HIS PHONE WAS SWITCHED OFF. HIS NUMBER :[protected] COMPANY EMAIL ID WAS TOTALLY FAKE THERE EMAIL ID : helpline.[protected]@gmail.com TODAY I GOT A CALL FROM ADVOCATE ASSOCIATE WHO IS NOT LISTENING TO ME AND SAYING ALL HIS STUFF HIS NUMBER : [protected] I Advocate name and Address: Minhaz M. Patel. B. Com. LL.B. Advocate. Date of sending notice on; 21/02/2019 (with seven days time line to pay the penalty of total: 18500 Rs .) 've already paid 5200 rupees and now they are charging 18500 rupees for terminate the agreement... And the advocate called me to enter case and send me leagle notice via email and what to do now..please advise me Was this information helpful? | |||
