Global Tree — Refund request

This is pradeep kumar from hyderabad.
For the last amount I have approached you to enquire UK Career opportunities.
As I have started the process with resume screening and paid the fee of 1200-/-.

For the Global Job guidance & interview calls I have negotiated & opted for the 2 months service and paid the amount as advance of 5000-/-& I have the receipt.
But unexpectedly my mother felt sick & admitted.Due to personal reasons & taking family situations into consideration, I have decided to drop my plan & stay here.

Could you please help me in providing the refund for the amount of 5000-/-.The only reason to approach the global tree was my friend's reference. But when I reached to CSM team intially he asked all the supporting documents but later they told you are refund is not applicable.
I have hope on global tree.
