Be Aware of RBL Bank Loan/Credit Card Agent

They are giving false explanation to the customer that they will approve your Loan/Credit Card Application.

Before taking the document they are explaining in very positive way and taking your document along with signature.

And after that they are not proceeding your document.

I am one the victim from Hyderabad Location Agenet who took the document and gave me application No. later he didnt proceed my document properly and finally i got a message from RBL that your loan is not approved.and no specific reason was mentioned.
When i tried approacing the person who took my document or proceed my document he was not responding my call.

They all are just taking the document and reaching their target.
And the end of the day customer will feel cheated
