Globusfashion — Globusfashion Not received the product nor refund and no perfect answer from the team

I had payment on November 2021 for fashion jewelry from Globusfashion and payment got deducted but still order is not coming. I am taking follow-ups from that day over the emails. But these people are not taking any action.

I never expect from Globus. It's very pathetic customer service ever. It seems like fraud with customers with me or others as per the lots of complaint against them.
