I have recently purchased few clothes from Globus fashion. I have to return one of the product but there are no stores in chennai, their customer care phone number is never picked, they never call back and the call disconnects even if it rings. Sent a mail to [protected]@globusmail.com and no reponse received.

I had payment on November 2021 for fashion jewelry from Globusfashion and payment got deducted but still order is not coming. I am taking follow-ups from that day over the emails. But these people are not taking any action.
I never expect from Globus. It's very pathetic customer service ever. It seems like fraud with customers with me or others as per the lots of complaint against them.

Ordered 3 items on 16th Sept nor any product received nor refund received, have contacted them more then 5 to 6 times and got the same answer that you will get a call back and when i mailed them i got the below response :

cheating with return policy

Sir,
I am Arivarasu from Ranipet, vellore, TamilNadu.
On 1/12/2018 i ordered for 3 items from globus fashion for rs 1467 vide order id[protected], which was delivered within a weeks time.
On 10/12/2018, i returned 2 products (ref attached pic).Globus accepted my return order and informed that they will send their courier person to pickup from my house within 3-4 days.
Till date (21/12/2018) no one has called me or visited my house for return pick up.
I’ve called atleast 20 times to Globus and each time they are saying that they will send their courier person within a day or two, but in vain.
Reg this, i have spoken to one Mr.Harish and One mr.Ahmed from customer care repeatedly and they are unable to help in sending a courier person for return pick up.
i feel like cheated by globusfashion.
i got carried away by their retun policy but it proved to be wrong.
i request this Consumer Forum for the following two things:
1) Make Globus to pickup my item from my house and ask them to refund the amount immediately.
2) i want a monetary compensation from Globus for the trouble i face.i had made atleast 20-30 calls regarding this, all fruitless.So far Globus has not even shared the contact no of Courier person also.They are treating customers so cheaply and hence i want a min. monetary benefit of Rs 300 (Rupees three hundred only) from Globus as a token of good will, respect and as a mark of compensation for my hardship.
