I have placed order online at glow road on 22nd july 2019 and paid the amount online, notification came on 23rd july that product is ready to ship by ekart, i kept on tracking, yet the product not delivered, so in august 2019 i called customer care, they told that the product is misplace, u will get the refund i said i don't want refund i want the product back, again i call them in the mid of august they said the same thing still i said i want the product, later on i check the app and it said the product is delivered on 6th sept 2019, i told them that i dint received the product i want the product, i am on and on behind them but they are stating that you have to complaint within 48 hours of the product delivered, i wasn't aware about the rules nor i got the notification or call that my product is delivered, i am asking them to either refund or give me the product they are not willing to help me out and doing fraud to the customers.
