On 05/01/2021 I have placed an online order from official website of GM Nutrition for below mentioned products namely
Whey HQ Isolate (cookies) 2lbs- 1Qty-INR 2850.00
CLA- 1QTY- INR 850.00
TOTAL AMOUNT PAID ONLINE- INR 3700
Order No- #171756
The order which was placed has not yet received to me till date and when I call to their customer care number then the executive says that there is some technical issue because of which your order is not dispatched. The first call I made was on 12/01/2021 and was informed by the executive that it will take 1-3 days for the dispatch. Second time I called on 15/01/2021 as till that date no email or message was received to me by GM Nutrition for the dispatch and again the executive told it will take 1-3 days and I emailed it on their official email ID by which I received a revert stating the same number of days for the dispatch.
On 20/01/2021 again I called the customer care number and emailed to GM Nutrition about the delay in dispatch details of my order and then they informed that I have to wait another 6-7 days as they have issue while dispatching the order of their customers.
I waited for next 7 days and now it's 27/01/2021 and till date I have not received any details about my prepaid order #171756 and neither the GN Nutrition has emailed me for the inconvenience caused.
I sincerely request the concerned authorities to kindly look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest. The money is already paid and the order is never dispatched till date by the GM Nutrition Company and neither they told me that it will take so many days for the delivery. Even while asking the customer care executive whether to cancel the order or not, she replied not to cancel as it will take another 10 days to get back the money refunded and before that you will definitely receive your order.
I want to have a strict action against such lousy client relationship management by GM Nutrition and want my order to be delivered by this week. Was this information helpful? |
