Gm Switches — fan regulator fault

This is shyam from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Since I had great opinion about GM switches I used only GM switches for my recently built house(construction completed on August 2017). But within 5 months two of the electronic regulators were not working properly (the fans are running only at full speed or they do not run at all).Kindly replace them ASAP. I bought it from S M Electricals, parris, chennai.
