I have purchased GM switches to my new house in 2021.It is found all switches are come out from the switch boards. Switches are loose

I had renovated my house and used gm sockets & switches 2 months back. My geyser socket got short & I replaced it same day. I sent complaint to customer care. To my surprise they said that no replacement is possible since I have removed the socket from the plate. Also no replacement for burnt product. Isn't this funny warranty claimed by company.

New GM FAN which I have purchased is not working....

I have purchased 5 GM regulators for my new house. within 6 months 3 are not working properly

I used GM switches when I made our home. Good looking and nice. The 10Amp switch, usually works longer, but the 15 Amp switch goes bad with time and has to be replaced. I have already replaced many 15amp switches used for Microwave oven and other heavy usage appliances. Being an engineer, I opened the switch which is very easy, and found easily breakable parts inside. The switching tab, is very feeble for a 15amp load and burns easily with heavy loads. I saw some switches with metal switcher, but the new switch I replaced is agin a light plastic material. The GM company shall look into this matter. I will never suggest anyone to use GM again. Unless until this fault is corrected.

This is Hemant from Mumbai Maharastra, India. Since I had great opinion about GM switches I used only GM switches for my recently built house(construction completed on March 2021). But within 11 months one of the electronic regulators were not working properly (the fans are running only at full speed or they do not run at all).Kindly replace them ASAP. I bought it from Hifi electric Mumbai .

I was recommended by the trade/electricians for GM while I constructed my house in 2018, based on which I purchased GM /Casablanga modular switches from Coimbatore- Mahindra electricals I was assured 10 years of warranty . Very disappointed to see within a year or so my switch and frame started to brake, I though it be normal to replace one or two didnt bother so much, all of a sudden even the replaced switches started to brake with a months time. in 2022 am finding it very difficult to find similar products in the market. I would never recommend GM to anyone going forward. Its always better to go for some other trustable brand which can be readily available and replaceable at any point of time.

Indicator not working

Gm brand 10a 240v and 32a 240v rating based white color switches developing cracks which are purchased about two years back.

Quality is very poor. Same needs to be looked into in the interests of the company. We the consumers also lose faith in the gm brand. Same needs to be reviewed on war footing basis.

I live in housing Colony Ompora, I have used GM series in all my house last year however after the month or two the LEDS stopped to work and I haven't been able to get a replacement ever since even though they were in warranty. Please get this resolved asap.

This is to inform you that my Flat in Mira Road has GM switches all over. These switches aren’t working properly. We have one app as well to moderate electricity through mobile but that app also doesn’t work at all. Before this once these switches were replace by the company but now again they aren’t working. Kindly look into this matter.

As we constructed a new house in 2021. we preferred GM switches to our house. It is surprised that most of switches are failed, we have purchased again these new switches also got failed, especial 20A switches. It is requested that necessary action must be taken against the supplier.

We have renewed our 2 BHK house entirely along with GM Modular switches, sockets and regulators. But within few months of operations, it has started malfunctioning one by one. By now (2 Years) more than 10 points is been replaced with new one. And at some 2 locations it has been failed again. We have changed from Schneider to GM on your representative assurance. Now it is disturbing in the pandemic Work from home situation, any point can fail and will damage our gadget. Kindly replace all the points with new reliable models.

It’s been less than a year and one by one, all the GM Five Step regulators installed in each room of my 2BHK flat is malfunctioning. It’s either going in high speed or in low speed only, there in no intermediate controls at all.

Please let me know how to get this fixed - I have a total of 6 regulators purchased.

Since Last Year February I came to my new house at Kanjurmarg Mumbai.

In month of May month my fan Regulator got burst same as informed to my electrician and he has replaced it immediately.

Again month of July again regulator got burst...this time electrician Checked thoroughly and found the same problem.

Again month of April regulator got burst and I completely lost it...the way quality GM made it...it's literally frustrated and quite serious.

Your person can visit my house and verify GM product.

I wanted clarification on immediate response and get it replacement.

We have been purchased GM switches from Bangalore Ganesh electrical during 2017 and with in 1 year itself switches got damage(crack) more than 80% of switches, so we need to know how to get the replacement of the product free of cost.
Penalty should be borrowed by the manufacturer in such a way that, the GM switches not even worth for the money and we need concern department to take necessary action on this gray color GM switches in market..
WANT TO KNOW HOW THIS WAS CERTIFIED BY CE, ISI, TUV as in such poor quality materiel ? take necessary action on this GM switch manufacturer and we want manufacturer to address this design & material issue & give us replacement on priority..

I changed electrical boards of my house on some one’s recommendation and put GM electric boards.But now regret it as all switches have become loose and coming out of sockets

The said emergency light unit is equipped with high efficiency LED & smart microprocessor, controlling Battery charging and AC power detection.
It seems, the unit is unable for AC power detection.
If a full Charged Battery is put in the set, push button in front to control the 4 level of light intensity including OFF works but unable to charge the Battery.
If Battery is taken out of the set, push button in front does not operate even if there is AC power connected.

Please i request each and every common person not tob uy GM switches even if any one offers it for free. Total products of gm are defected faulty and no proper service provided by the company which as usual every company does. GM switches start cracking and poping out within less than 6 months. First they used to get it replaced at the electrical store where you had purchased and now you have call the company and they will come and have to search for the bills and story goes on, which is become lenghty as compared to get it exchanged at the stores.
Please whoever reads this forward it to as many as possible because changing GM switches costs a bomb and apart from that we have to also pay the fixture charges to the electrician... MK & ROMA were the best switches i have ever seen quality wise
Dont buy GM switches at all or else you have to cry for your whole life.
Government should ban GM switches as its the worst quality product i have ever seen.

With reference to the above, i had purchased gm switches alongwith remote control for two bedrooms but to my utter surprise within few days of the installation, the switches of my one bedroom and remote of both the bedrooms were non functional. I have followed with the shopkeeper from whom i purchased but he just kept giving me false assurance and nothing was done. He told me to contact the customer care no. I spoke to the customer care and the lady over there jispreet was very arrogant and rude in speaking. When i told her to be couteous and polite to the customer she was unwilling to listen. I asked her name and she told me "take my name jispreet". She also told me that all the technicians are busy in the exhibition and ur complaint cannot be solved.

Mr. Dilip pandy ur sales executive had promptly come for display of switches when i showed my intent to buy and i purchased it. But when i told about the non functional switches he told u r the first customer who is complaining about the switches. This is the way to speak to a customer. Also when i called him he was uncooperative and later on he used to not take my phone calls. I don't understand what kind of service ur company render.

This is the way u treat your customer. My problem is not solved for a long period. I have invested a huge amount in buying gm switches and this is the value i get for my money.

I hereby request you to solve my problem of non functional switches and remote within 2 days of the receipt of this mail else i will be compelled to file a police complaint and also file a suitable case of cheating under various sections in the court of law.

I will also bring this news in the electronic media as well as print media and also i will advise my friends and relatives not to purchase gm switches since not only ur switches horrible and low quality but the after sales service is very poor and bad and uncooperative people in the company.

When we buy gm brand for my new house company committed for life time guarantee and replacement if any damage will happen they will replace it.

Kindly we are suffering mentally and due to summer all switches & fan regulater is not working.
