Gmail — locked out of my account when it is their information that is wrong!!! | |||
I had an account with gmail that i had for years. My phone broke and i tried to get into my account online via another phone that i had used before. I could not remember password because they were all locked into another account in that same broken phone. I have the same phone number and the same backup email that i have always had and they still locked me out of my account. How is that for bad business. All the things that i had associated with my email account are lost!!! My information did not change but they still robbed me of my memories!!! All through that one stupid email that i was stupid enough to attach serious memories to. Too bad for me!!! Was this information helpful? | |||

I was made a payment on 11th may payment was deducted from my account after receiving account had not received any payments, as per google pay payment either i will receive or receiving account will receive but after 16days it is showing under process. After several complaints issue was remaining same. Now i am not able to login in my account.
