Gmail — [protected]@gmail.com is not open

My gmail id is [protected]@gmail.com is not open with my password and i have done recovery or other solution to recover my account but i can"t open it so please solve my issue so that i can open my gmail id in other pc or mobile.
one more point is noted that this gmail ([protected]@gmail.com ) id is permanently registered with my legal documents and with loans also.
So it is humbly requesting you that please reset my password of gmail account.
