Gmail — someone hacked my gmail account and create fraud

Someone hacked my Gmail account rai.dhafmendra.[protected]@gmail.com on 12/9/18 think about 22:00 .I recover the account on today i think 12:00 somthing and after logout the account and few hour after again hacker hacked my account and delet my mo.no.and after moning 10:00 i again recover my account.and i see a sPam folder message thish tyPes.so plese help mE what can i do
