Gmail — Unable to Open My Gmail Account

Dear Sir, Sir I have an account named [protected]@gmail.com. I know each and everything about this account but i don't know my security question. My password is correct but but when i am trying to login system always ask about security question. And always saying that you have logined from different location so provide your library card no. but i don't know what was it. That account is very very important for me. I have tried a lot to solve this problem. but still unable to login. Please tell me the solution to get this account back. I will be thankful to you.
