The company is fraud. I have book a consignment to shift my luggage from barnala to kohlapur 24/09/18 and the same day hey carry my luggage from barnala and kept in your store at mohali. After 2 days back (26/09/18) we get call from gmp regarding me to pay the more money rs 15000 higher than they told at the time of booking rs 39000 and gst which is in not applicable for used house hold items moving and even they're not provided gst invoice and they're speak rudely and if we are not paid extra money than materials not sending us and damaged or selling to scrap. So i approach some advocate thay advised to pay this extra amount becuse we alredy moved from barnala and also if we going to case you will losing time and expanse. So i paid the extras money on 27/09/18 then gmp confirmed us material move to27/09 or 28/09/18 after we continue calling on 28 onwards but they're not pick up our calls no communication both us. We reached kolhapur on 29/09/18 and we are staying hotel because we don't have house hold items to stay home.30th we used to call some local member cell but surprisingly pick up this call than we get date conformation 01/10/18 moves materials but againg not picked nobody calls. So we approached our friends help in delhi and barnala & ludhiana and mohali we found no office in delhi which is website showing address so our delhi friends approch delhi police and our punjab friends approch there's mohali offices than we getting call from gmp team convince to us our material will safely reach kohlapur 6 or 7 so don't compliant to police or locally distrub there's office and we are again compromised but we are again and again cheated there's given wrong cell no of drivers and materials finally reached 08th without unloading and unpacking members which is our paid to door to door. Now nobody's believes and expecting this types of survice all most out items are damaged and broken and missing of one bag which is our children school boocks and note some dresses and two cartons of kitchen item's 3 meter split ac 2 cooper pipe. Than we immediately compliant to kohlapur police and truck hold to here for last two days. Even the insurance company (Chola ms) also fraud becuse the mumbai tell phone is wrong and chennai office not picked phone calls. I am Mahender Singh in govt service, moving Jaipur to Shimla. Facing same to same problem, that means, it's working culture is making persons fool and make money. The situation for all serving persons same the book and moved with their families, they can't take decision to lodged complaint and wait for court decision.

GMP packers and movers is a fraud comoany. Ajay and sandeep are the owners, i made one of the biggest mistake of my life to hire these frauds.
They will not steal your goods, neither they will damage it.. They will deceive you by promising a specific amount before packaging and shipping & once your goods are with them, they will then send you triple the amount of bill.
In my case, i discussed with ajay and he told me that the final price would be 7500 from kapurthala to delhi.
Later when some of his packers were sent home, one of the guy named pawan asked me whether i need any insurance, i clearly said "no", he still asked me the price of goods and i told him around 2 lacs (biggest mistake). The next morning when my goods were supposed to reach the destination, i got a call that my original bill is 20000 and i need to pay 12500 more.
I argued alot with them, but they clearly said until i clear the bill, they will not deliver my hoysehold goods. I was scammed and cornered. I had to pay the amount, after that they gave me another number of the driver, who took 3 days in delivering the goods.
They promised me a single vehicle, but changed about 3 vehicles on the way.
