This company is fraud, they baited us for lesser amount and after loading all houshold items and scooty worth Rs. 1lac they asked for huge amount after displacing at their store. They are big liars and said we are stuck at Mumbai for covid test, while our items were still at Jaipur for 2 weeks. Company owner and Jaipur people switched off their mobile and did not respond. Also after filing complaint in consumer forum when items reached in Mumbai driver was asking for money. And also items were missing, scooty keys were not given. Around 10, 000 Rs of items were missing. Again no response from the company owner.

I booked order on 12000 as per discussed by surender online ( ([protected] ) we was talking very polite and continue calling for collecting stuffs saying i am getting 8000 i have target and i have do this order but i just feel as humanity and trust on him and agree for the collecting stuffs, he sent the team on Sunday 04.3.2021 and saying your stuffs we delivered under 3 day but now saying you have pay 21500 for that stuffs before that he not tell me clear amount now saying this is final amount and pay online 100% after that you will get your stuffs .

Now he is blacking mailing if we will get payment by online then we delivered your stuffs otherwise will not delivered

Both Ajay and Sunrender are not replaying positive ( [protected])

I offered both that delivered my stuffs i will pay hand to hand but they are not agree for that .

God please look that culprit and do the needful for the same .

Beware, biggest scam and cheat company

Gmp packers and movers is a fraud comoany. Ajay and sandeep are the owners, i made one of the biggest mistake of my life to hire these frauds.

They will not steal your goods, neither they will damage it.. They will deceive you by promising a specific amount before packaging and shipping & once your goods are with them, they will then send you triple the amount of bill.br...

The company is fraud. I have book a consignment to shift my luggage from barnala to kohlapur 24/09/18 and the same day hey carry my luggage from barnala and kept in your store at mohali. After 2 days back (26/09/18) we get call from gmp regarding me to pay the more money rs 15000 higher than they told at the time of booking rs 39000 and gst which is in not applicable for used house hold items moving and even they're not provided gst invoice...

The company is fraud. I have book a consignment to shift my luggage from shimla to lakhimpur. They carry my luggage from shimla and kept in your store at mohali. When i asked to shift my luggage then they asked me to pay the money higher than they told at the time of booking. I paid the money, then after they ready to move my luggage. The luggage was moved by a truck with other materials and they put my luggage outside of my house. So i suggest to all please never book any consignment with this company.

This is a fraudulent company. We had booked a consignment with them to deliver our good from panchkula to gurgaon on 1st august, 2018 and they had committed to deliver on 4th august by 10 am in the morning. We have been making frantic calls to mr. Ajay who is not receiving our calls, not even informing us if there is a delay or where our goods are. We are helplessly waiting in gurgaon, without any furniture in a empty flat. Please don’t ever book any consignment with them - they are unreliable, can’t be trusted and you will loose your stuff and your money and face so much harassment. Hi, i am writing my experience with gmp packers and movers. The only good thing about this company is - anyhow they will shift your luggage.
Rest they are late mostly by 2 days, their services are much costly and they do not want to give status about your luggage during the journey.
Support is not upto the mark, their people don't want to touch or help settling your luggage.
When it comes to labour everyone tends to see each others face and pretend not to be a working labour.
Sometimes they dont pick your phone once your luggage is with them, only thing you can do is you can pray yo god. They don't know what time they will take to deliver your luggage however they will do "kal kal kal", kal ayega saman kal and kal never comes.
Very less sense of responsibility. Unreliable movers and packers.

I booked my household stuff on 11/04/2017 for delivery from Bathinda to Patna through your company
The problem started from the very beginning when you agreed for some other price over phone but charged some different amount on bill. U said that only 70% amount need to be paid in advance, rest 30 % would be paid after delivery of goods, but your person Mr. Ajay forced me the pay entire amount by keeping hostage of my stuffs.
Even when I paid full amount to you, it took more than 15 days for the delivery. At the time of delivery they was not having any assistant for unloading I paid 2000 extra to local coolies for unloading
They dont show you about insurance and hidden taxes and lastly they dont pick your phones

I booked my household stuff on 13/09/2016 for delivery from Rajpura to Lucknow through your company vide consignment Note No 1019.
The problem started from the very beginning when you agreed for some other price over phone but charged some different amount on bill. U said that only 70% amount need to be paid in advance, rest 30 % would be paid after delivery of goods, but your person Mr. Sunil forced me the pay entire amount by keeping hostage of my stuffs.
Even when I paid full amount to you, it took more than 10 days for the delivery. When I was receiving the articles, I found that most of them are in broken condition. Even A.C., fridge and bike sort of stuffs were broken.
Further more one trolley bag with some valuables, one 12 volt tubular inverter battery and bike cover were missing from the consignment.
When I contacted you about the same, you kept on lingering the matter by making many excuses and wrong promises.
Even I gave you several reminders but you turned a deaf ear on this matter and stopped responding my calls.
I have never seen such an unprofessional and careless attitude.
I tried to resolve this issue by contacting you, but its of no use. Now, I am being forced to file a complaint against you in consumer court. I have already intimated the Consumer Forum about this issue.
This mail should be treated as a legal and official final reminder to resolve this issue and either provide my missing stuffs back or pay the compensation. I shall wait for next 10 days for your response.
I will proceed with lodging a police complaint if I don't get any satisfactory response from your side.

I had booked household items and my car for transport from bhatinda to bengaluru with gmp packers and movers (Zirakpur, mohali chandigarh) on 12 jun 2016.
I have suffered huge losses due to damages to my household goods including my furniture, mattresses, electronic items and my motorcycle and scooter.
The company gmp packers and movers had charged good amounts of money assuring me safe delivery of goods. The reality was that they had just not bothered to ensure safety of the goods and had put my entire household stuff in a cramped leftover space behind commercial goods transported by some truck.
The transporter also had taken rs 10200 towards insurance premium assuring me of full coverage against any damages. The fraud company then insured the goods only against accidental damage for a measly rs 979.
Thus my damages were not made good by either by the insurance company or the transporter.
Worst the goons from the company are not delivering my car even though it has reached the bengaluru hub on 22nd june itself and are demanding a ransom of rs 10000 more for the delivery of the car even after i have paid the entire transport charges in full at the time of handing over of vehicle and having obtained the receipt.
Such open extortion by these money minded people running an unscrupulous packer and mover company is causing distress and harassment.
My only advice is for other gullible customers to keep away from such companies and to bring to fore any other such instances that have happened with other customers so that these dishonest people can be brought to justice.
