My mom was traveling from London Heathrow airport to hydrabad airport and layover at hydrabad airport for 6 hours and then connecting flight to Kolkata. She was repeatedly confirmed while departure that her luggage will be through which wasn't. She is 75 years old and required wheelchair assistant at airport which wasn't provide at hydrabad airport and she had to collect her luggage all by herself and do the luggage scanning and checking with absolutely no helps provided. She fell sick because of so much of walk inside the airport with no wheelchair assistant. This is utterly ridiculous we never faced such irresponsible and rubbish service before.
