Hi Team,
Extremely disappointed with GMR group hyderabad airport.
There were not enough wheel chairs available, nor staff, for our flight.
There were no pens available to fill the forms. All other airports provide pens
To use WiFi we need to provide an indian mobile number, all other airport do not ask for this.
No trays were provided to put our small things to security scan at the airport. All other airports have these.
Its a shame, truly.

Resturant and Bar pathetic service
I came here to travel to Doha from cochin as a transit passenger . What i seen in restaurant nobody is here to serve neither in restaurant nor in Bar once i asked an employee what he replied is it will take time to reach the serving staff

Harassment of passenger

My mom was traveling from London Heathrow airport to hydrabad airport and layover at hydrabad airport for 6 hours and then connecting flight to Kolkata. She was repeatedly confirmed while departure that her luggage will be through which wasn't. She is 75 years old and required wheelchair assistant at airport which wasn't provide at hydrabad airport and she had to collect her luggage all by herself and do the luggage scanning and checking with absolutely no helps provided. She fell sick because of so much of walk inside the airport with no wheelchair assistant. This is utterly ridiculous we never faced such irresponsible and rubbish service before. This is totally unacceptable.

Rude , unruly il mannered staff at parking
I was scheduled to fly at 6 A.M arrived the airport (International departures)at 3 A.M.My brother was driving the car as any sensible educated person would do he followed the directions and the direction of the Arrows.
A security guard/ parking attendant came up to us and started abusing me and my brother and threatened us saying that we entered through wrong way.Though my brother showed him the Arrow markings he was too rude and tried to intimidate.
The last thing we want while traveling is a humiliation from a ignorant parking staff.

Not having segregated prayer rooms.

Its unethical to not have segregated prayer rooms in so called best international travel airport. Ages of travelling worldwide and its sad to see something like this at our own airport. Need this issue to be addressed ASAP.

Hyderabad Airport COVID SCAM
Today we travelled to Hyd airport from USA fully vaccinated and took PCR Covid test result and uploaded in Air Suvidha. I'll explain how big the COVID scam is:
1) You come out of the flight they will directly take you to a room where you the chances of getting COVID are very high.
2) They ask you to pay 2900 for 2 hr test and 500 for 6 hr test. So think what everyone will choose to go home quickly. No one checks your pre vaccinated or your PCR test that was taken 24-48 hrs before.
3) So we refused to pay and ask them to allow us to go. They said immigration will not allow. We went to immigration and they said we do not check COVID test. All we need is passport and boarding pass.
4) They later said it was British airways who setup this and one more person came and said it was GMR and one more person came and said it was Telangana State government.
5) No body know why they are taking and what they are doing for and who is incharge.
6) Then they called CISF and local police on us complaining that we are creating a nuisance.
7) They couldn't do anything to us.
8) All they did was they walked us to testing center and make us pay and money and take the test.
9) The test was so awful that they just touch my tip of the nose with tip and said you are good to go.
Finally, if you look at the numbers it is 2900 per person per flight. You can calculate how much they are making and who all are involved.

Staff behaviour at Tiffin Express
I have ordered snacks at Tiffin express near gate 102. After ordering when I asked for take away option the staff was extremely rude in behaviour and made rude comments on subsequent order for coffee. Information about orders or takeaways should be conveyed in prior manner and staff should be mindful of their behaviour

This is DR.K.Nidhi, radiology resident at honourable D.Y.PATIL university kolhapur!i have also extended my service to covid patients !
Today i had my flight from Hyderabad to kolhapur at 12:20pm by Indigo
Firstly i accept its my mistake to arrive late but due to unavoidable situations i had to arrive late but i was 1 hr before departure and done by web check in .
I had luggage bag for check in as i have liquid (shampoo, conditioner)above 100 ml
As I don’t come to my home town i have carry them as my basic needs
I was in line for 10 mins after telling the airline people also they dint hear me out and after sometime they told me to carry in my hand luggage and proceed through the security check
When i did the security check the team stopped me for the liquid which i was expecting but i thought i would request the team from my side
When i started requesting them they told to consult their higher professional wen i did he told not me and the other person they made me circulate between them and harassed even after my boarding started. I was literally crying and begging in front me to consider they made fun of me saying u want shampoo or conditioner!
I was crying and pleading them but they were reluctant made me roam from one to one
And finally made me pass through security check twice i[censored] check us systems
And Cctv. U can find it.
See here the problem is not accepting the product but making a women roam between officers even after its clear they want allow it.they wasted my time and made me miss my flight!
I want to file a harassment complaint against us team for such worst behaviour and harassing a women and not respecting it

immigration staff behavior

Immigration staff behaviour not good with family ladies who are travelling gulf. Today my wife came to muscat with omanair lines flight no wy236 departure time 1000am, to muscat, they simple comment to my wife ph you secured tedidentail card in different manner, and each other sharing oh she somany times coming and going, i know you never accept your negative points, simple convey to immigration authority to respect passengers

I parked my bike with helmet in airport and went for 2 days travel but when i returned back helmet was missing, ask the security guy in gmr airport he said i don't know, how ridiculous? Helmet missed even it's locked! They don't even feel a bit responsible but they will charge rupees 100 for 24 hours. Really didn't expect such things from gmr. If you are not caution now, it's going to be worst in future. Hope for better management.

worst maintenance of washrooms at arrivals even after charging for basic amenities
Washrooms in ground floor charges rs. 2 per person but the maintenance is worst. The toilet seats are broken, some toilets doesn’t even have toilet seats, fluser doesn’t work, hand dryer doesn’t work properly.
I would like to emphasise the negligence of the authorities rather than the service of the cleaning staff.. The toilet condions are in such awful condition that although the cleaning staff tries to keep them as much clean as possible there is awful stingy smell because of broken flushes and toilet seats..

Horrible security. Asked that my little brother (Child) stay outside as he didn't have a hard copy of his flight details. When we asked for assistance regarding this matter they failed to tell us a solution and then proceeded to tell my little brother to not enter until he got a copy. I asked why they were doing this, since this wasn't required in other airports... To which they replied "this is how it's done in india". Despite my mother and i showing our flight details and our passports (Little brothers too), they simply dismissed us and told us to step aside... We couldn't enter the airport for 30 minutes because of this ordeal, and our flight was in just over an hour so we were running late.
Disgusting behaviour, horrible service. First time i've felt this way about our airport. I am making an effort to get in touch with appropriate authorities.
Make sure you have printed flight/check-in details ready. I shall be lodging a formal complaint, just thought i should spread the word.

Security staff at the departures is misbehaving with the passengers. Today my family had to catch up flight at 12:45 am to bangalore. At the entry gate they panicked them saying that other name is missing in the ticket. 3-4 people stopped my mother and sister as if they were thief's/ dacoit entering the airport, due to which my mother got very nervous. Later my sister went to get tickets at the counter and in the meanwhile my mother was rudely...

coca cola; maintaining different prices of same products in different menus

The coca cola store which is located to the right of arrival gate has been maintaining two different menus with different prices of same products.
I brought a egg puff from the counter which has price rs.30 written in the menu that is displayed on the wall but i was charged rs.35, which is written on a paper and kept at the product.
And when i ask man at the counter he recklessly replied "it is like that only". When i asked him to come to airport authority, he denied and countered by asking me to call the authorities. He also denied to give his store manager/ higher officer.
The concern is not about rs.5 but it is about ethicality and morality and they may be charging more by have higher difference in prices of other products.
Please take the necessary action against him. And, if this is not right place to inform this kind of things let me know where to file a complaint.

Trolley bags are kept right next to the visitors gallery, because of which the traveller cannot stand to meet their family. The main purpose of the visitors gallery is to meet their dear ones before boarding which is being lost.

non availability of seating space

I'm sandeep presently in gmr hyderabad airport travelling to bangalore by air asia. Our boarding gate is at gate 26.
One of my complaint is that there are lack of sufficient seating space in the airport. Including me lit of people are standing just like a local bus stand.
Second complaint is that male staff at air asia counter gate 26 at 11.16am behaved rudely when i tried to occupy vacant seat beside counter. He said it is for staf[censored]se and behaved rude.

Hello,
I have travelled from San Francisco to Hyderabad on British airways and reached Hyderabad on Jan 10th, 2017 5.40 Am. Initially my baggage was delayed for a day and later they brought it directly to my house. Upon Checking my baggage i am missing few items in the bag. I believe these are stolen by the people who work in the airport. I never should have trusted you people and it's a shame on the people who can't work and earn the money. There should be some safety measures or precautions should be taken by keeping CCTV near Baggage transit people. I kindly request take a look at the CCTV footage and find out the filthy person who is working in your team and remove him unless GMR is ready to accept my comment and stays accepting this kind of comments
Hate to be travelling through this Airport(HYD) since we have no other option

Shuttle Service to the New Airport
On the website of the company they have mentioned that there is shuttle service from Begumpet (hotel Katriya DeRoyal Paryatak) to the New Airport for Rs 95 per passenger. When I call there and spoke to the Travel Desk personnel, he told me that it would cost Rs 1700 for 5 passengers from there till the airport.
What kind of message is GMR trying to give out here. There needs to be immediate & concrete action taken against such fleacing activities. This is broad daylight robbery. Can someone act against this!!!

Pls try calling the Radio Taxi services listed on the New Hyderabad Airport website.
They don't take bookings.

Gmr airport has any athority to check with the kingfisher staff that there employess has genuine documnets or not..Its has been observe that at shamshabad airport, kingfesher staff Designated as GRE has [censored] documents, even the airport manger and the staff has the information about it, but they are not taking any action.

They are a bunch of thieves.
I received a call from my Bank telling me that someone was buying tickets in Air Arabia with my credit card. I tried to cancel the orders, but three of them passed through, even with the fact that I got the called the same day of the purchase.
I send a lot of emails to Air Arabia and I didn't receive any answer back. I even contacted them before the day the tickets were supposed to be used.
I understand the must check that the person that purchased and e-ticket presents the physical credit card.
How the hell was that possible when the credit card was in my possesion and almost 10, 000 miles away?!!

Iam one of the passenger frequently, i am travelled on 7th may 2013 from Hyd to Muscat on that day Imigration supervisor Mr Prakash Rao and his One of His assistant (Exautly I dont know His name) behaving with passenger valgar langauge and very badly behavir on that day. And he is saying same to passenger pratucularly me to given warning if i want i can stop you. like he is given me waringing without any reason. Really i want to meet same day to higer Authorities for compliant about Mr. praksh Rao and his assistant. but i dont have time to meet, any have i will back on 27th i will give complaint directly to the management. and one more thing he says go and give complaint no problem in India around 250 airports maximum they can transfer only go head give compliant he say like behavir, i can't write the words what he say on that day. all passenger shocked his beehive on that day. everybody saying this man behavir always like that. i hope you will be take action for Mr. prakash Rao. very very bad behavir with passenger.

Really i want to meet same day to higer Authorities for compliant about Mr. praksh Rao and his assistant. but i dont have time to meet, any have i will back on 27th i will give complaint directly to the management. and one more thing he says go and give complaint no problem in India around 250 airports maximum they can transfer only go head give compliant he say like behavir, i can't write the words what he say on that day. all passenger shocked his beehive on that day. everybody saying this man behavir always like that. i hope you will be take action for Mr. prakash Rao. very very bad behavir with passenger.

I am a regular visitor of the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad. I would like to bring to your notice the severe mismanagement at your airport. The 'prepaid taxi service' at the airport is regularly surrounded by taxi union people, these indecent drivers would not allow the airport visitors to speak to the Prepaid Taxi Service Representatives.
The taxi union people are often bad mouthed, speak foul, use abusive and indecent language.
Today, the 4th of July 2013, at approximately 11 AM, I too along with my family members was subjected to the abuse of the indecent taxi driver union. There was a elderly man who was very indecent, he wore the badge of the Taxi Driver Union and is perhaps the head of the Union.
It is also sad to know that the authorized personals seated inside the Prepaid Taxi Service Counter do not prevent these taxi union people from standing near the Counter.
This is a very serious matter as this hinders the image of the airport and the city as the airport is often used by International Citizens who visit the city on a business tour.
If the issue persists, then I may well be on course to take legal action against the indecent taxi union, the silent personals of the Prepaid Taxi Counter.
