GMS Worldwide Express — Consignment not delivered and not Satisfied with the Service

HI,
Here is my Consignment Number and the courier site says it is arrived five days ago, but as now it is not delivered to the customer. Is this way ur working.
When i call to Customer care, they say they have only Delivery Agent and that to Old Senior guy and he was on leave for two days, due to this it is not dispatched.
