GMS Worldwide Express — my docket still not delivered[protected]

My docket[protected] still not delivered to me even if it was out for delivery on 10th MAy 2017, as per the tracking details. Unfortunately tracking item shows "door closed" while the courier boy did not reached at delivery address. When the delivery boy called for the address conformation and after conforming the address, he told that "my time is off and will deliver it tomorrow(11th May)), but till now docket is not delivered. As I need the docked urgently, need your kind intervention in the matter.
