GMS Worldwide Express — Tracking information shows as delivered but my patient has not yet received the courier of Medicines. | |||||
This is so pathetic. I'm a Doctor who has sent the medicines to my pateint through GMS courier on 14th July 2021 to Whitefield from basaveshwaranagar. The tracking information shows as delivered, but my pateint has not yet received the courier. This is a GREAT LOSS for me. I always courier medicines to that pateint through DTDC this time since its lockdown I could not get access to DTDC hence sent through GMS. Please see to it that my courier has delivered properly to the right person. I have also mentioned the phone number of my patient as well as mine. Therefore it's GMS workers duty to call and inform me or the other person who's number is mentioned in the courier. Was this information helpful? | |||||
