It has been more than 50 days since I raised the request for disconnection of my Broadband connection and already the router and other devices have been surrendered during the last month itself. However, refund for the security deposit has not been initiated and I am yet to receive the refund. On 5Th June itself I provided my Bank details for the credit into my bank account. pl do the needful at the earliest without any further delay or I will escalate this issue at an appropriate authority.
