We have purchased lenovo x240 laptop from gng electronics on 30/11/2018. Invoice no. Psinrlwh18192074. Windows operating system got crashed twice in one month period we tried reaching you different all the ways but not able to contact you. We have also taken 1year warranty on this product but felt very bad about the product and response. Pls arrange a call and resolve this asap
