Delivered a used laptop

The laptop which i have purchased from the flipkart, was already used by someone else. when the first time i turned on the laptop, it directly takes me to the desktop. without doing any boot setting. Also the free trial of MCAFEE is also ended up, without even registered by me. (the email id which was logged in earlier is this - [protected]@hotmail.com).

Windows operating system got crashed twice in one month period we tried reaching you different all the ways but not able to contact you. We have also taken 1year warranty on this product but felt very bad about the product and response. Pls arrange a call and resolve this asap...

do not buy!
I don’t know how dell is letting this continue. They make it seem that thisbe affiliate isn’t equivalent to buying to dell. Compu india has pathetic customer service, i have been writing to them for months on an issue and i just keep getting vague responses.
Dell is just ruining their brand by partnering with such a useless online sales partner.

I purchased a266101sin9 all-in-one computer online. Sir i am sorry to say that the software is not loaded properly. It hangs every 5 minutes or so. I request you to send someone from dell to check the windows. On hanging the message displayed is "microsoft edge not responding. I am retired colonel and request u to help me cont no [protected]. Thanks. Many languages are loaded but not hindi. Windows 10 do not function properly, it does not respond'.

They sent me refurbished/used dell xps 13 ultrabook

I placed order online to dell which inturn directed me compuindia aka Gng electronics Pvt Ltd. for the dell xps13 ultrabook 2015 entry level model which costs a staggering amount Rs. 68, 090/- on 24 th October 2015. Upon delivery I was shocked to see the box was having cut marks upto 1 inch deep and seals tampered with infact there were two seals placed on the box. The seal beneath the seal was already cut open. So long story short I have been trying to contact them for a month now, first they didn't picked up only my calls. Second now that they have picked up my call and understood the issue they are not replying to my mails and are not co-operating with me. I had bought this laptop to enjoy my Diwali holidays but this experience turned out to be a complete nightmare for me! I paid the full amount in advance but what I got was some used product! These people are cheaters in my view. In the initial days after the purchase only my calls were either rejected straightaway or I was kept on hold or the line appeared busy only for my number! I can't believe any company giving this kind of treatment to me after I pay full amount in advance! If I am not given Full Refund am going to seek legal help in this matter and might as well move to court if need arises.

I ordered a Dell Vostro 15 3546 (4th Gen intel i5-4GB) via snapdeal from the seller GNG ELECTRONICS PVT LTD-Mum-GATI-VOI.n. When I received the courier package and opened it, I found 2 1kg tata salt packets. Even the word is not sufficient to sum up what has happened. The only reason a police complaint has not been filed yet is because I have priorly had only good experiences with snapdeal and expect quick resolution of the issue at hand. I hope to see immediate response to the lodged complaint.

Compuindia is forging the warranty Dates of the Laptop

Purchased a Dell Inspirion 15 7537 on 9th Feb 2015 with one year warranty. But when I checked it it was showing its warranty is going to expire in August 2015.I reported this to compuinida, but all in vain . They didn't took any action to this.
Compuinida is not replying to any of my emails. The laptop run in to some kind of hardware problem and Dell Germany is not providing me any support as warranty has expired.

SBI Debit Card debited but showing failed at POS Merchant

Respected Madam/Sir,
I placed an order for a Dell laptop of Rs. 33, 490.00 on[protected] with
GNG Electronics Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru, Karnataka. The order got cancelled
due to some server related problem, but the above amount got debited
from my SBI Debit Card. The merchant shopping site (www.compuindia.com)
shows the transaction as a failed one as according to them they did not
receive the payment. I called up SBI Customer Care on[protected] and
they said it would take 45 days for the issue to get resolved. (I fail
to understand why they are going to take so many days to resolve my
problem.)
The merchant, on the other hand, has asked me for a screenshot of the
transaction details to proceed further in the matter. How can I provide
them complete details (including the credit side of my account
statement) of a transaction which did not complete? I am now in a fix as
to what to do get my money back soon.
I, therefore, request you to help me in the speedy recovery of my money.
I furnish the following details concerning my Debit card transaction:
1. My SBI Customer Care complaint Ticket Number is: PG[protected]
2. The current status of the complaint( as per the SMS I have received
is: “Claim raised with the merchant, complaint will be resolved shortly
REGA.”
3. The bank account debit detail (as per my bank account details on the debit side) is: POS PRCH

I haven't received my product as well as my amount not refunded

I have ordered a pen drive in the online store of GNG Electronics PVT LTD(COMPU INDIA) on 19th of June. At the time of order they assured the product will reach my hand with in 24 hours which didn't happen, so I send a request to cancel my order and refund my amount back. Till date I didn't get any response from their end. I have sent couple of chasers also. I tried to catch them using their customer support number which is of no use. Please help me to get my money back.

I have placed online prepaid order for dell latitude 10 tablet with digitizer pen sensitive screen. I went to official site of dell India, they online directed me to compuindia.com for purchase of item.When I received the item it was a different and cheaper product dell latitude 10 ESSENTIAL with digitizer pen sensitive screen.I contacted dell India, they replied to contact compuindia.com Compuindia didn't pick phone and didn't replied to mails.I returned the product through Bluedart to compuindia Bangluru.Today I called dell India, they dropped my calls after putting for hold by representative. When I searched the awb no of returned product, the dell India and compuindia are dramatizing by not receiving returned product from Bluedart courier. Please help me in refund of my prepaid amount and return courier charges. I have enough of evidence of my order with call records with dell and compuindia representative for order of a higher moder digitizer pen sensitive tablet.My order no is[protected].
