The laptop which i have purchased from the flipkart, was already used by someone else. when the first time i turned on the laptop, it directly takes me to the desktop. without doing any boot setting. Also the free trial of MCAFEE is also ended up, without even registered by me. (the email id which was logged in earlier is this - [protected]@hotmail.com)....

I don’t know how dell is letting this continue. They make it seem that thisbe affiliate isn’t equivalent to buying to dell. Compu india has pathetic customer service, i have been writing to them for months on an issue and i just keep getting vague responses.

Dell is just ruining their brand by partnering with such a useless online sales partner.

Dell please take action...
