GNIIT — money not refund yet I downgrade my course not get rest of certificate

Complaints - CHEAT TO STUDENT N FRAUD BY NIIT MULUND WEST CENTER HEAD NIRAV JAIN Student id - S[protected] / Registration Id - R[protected]

I am ex student of your gniit mulund west, I downgrade my full course as well as I not receive my single certificate i done only 2 courses as well as not receive any pay order from gniit. I submitted my request letter to nirav jain in a year 2011. He was a center head at that time, after ward I went out off, just recently come, I visited to MULUND west niit center it's close more than 5 year that answer I received from security guard.

Nirav jain as a center head in niit, nirav jain told me u will receive rest of amount on payorder as well as certificate in courier but both will come from head office at my home address and i Still not receive both. This kind of reputed center head do cheat with student as well as make me fool.
Please provide me my full amount with interest as well as certificate also.
Please look into this matter and confirm me same.
