Go First Airline — Refund not received

I had booked a two way flight for 3 passengers from Pune to Delhi and back. The amount was around 30, 000 and it has been several months now and no refund has come. It is not a small amount. The flights were of June and I have constantly called and emailed but got no response.

I booked my flight from Mumbai to Kochin for 3 passengers on 10.5.2023. It got cancelled by Go First. Frustrated of following up with the travel agent / Go First. They have NOT given me refund till date and there no assurance whether will get or not. Travel Agent not responding. Go First website itself is not working. Their customer care[protected] nor [protected]@flygofirst.com is working. I curse them.
