I have paid Rs 200 for on board pomegranate juice facility at the time of windo seat booking.
I have invoice for the same, but I was rejected to serve on board facility showing me NIL entry on boarding pass.
I have paid for it, so it was the duty of first go flight personnel to make necessary entries on boarding pass.
If company forcefully wish me to file a complaint. I will have no other option. Thanking you
