Dear Team,
With great hope and trust I booked by Honda City for comprehensive service + AC Servicing + Body work on 22nd August 2022.
First the ordeal starts as three diffrent service managers were allocated so thrice I had to ask them for progress.
Today evening the car was delivered but to my surprise I found that the driver's seat sliding is not working hence I was not able to test the vehicle. Also the seats were soiled along with dashboard.
I have already paid and amount of Rs. 15538 /.
and feel cheated and go mechanics team is not taking action to repair it. The problem was not there when car was handed over to them
I request the team to take notice on this issue and help me to have justice
