With regard to the higher Authority, I lodge this complaint on the matter referred to above. The company continues to send messages via WhatsApp that I have been loaned money in advance even though I have not received any money from them.
Below is the message that I am receiving from them:
Hi, receive your overdue bill. Today is the final grace period. If you haven't settled the arrears today, you will receive a lawyer's letter and court summons in 3 working days. If you refuse to pay again, we will send the company's collection officer to drive the license plate. (KL55G8623) perform on-site type verification registration and mandatory billing.

However, I don't event know about this application earlier this message and now, it is too annoying and terrifying to me.
It is my humble request, please take action accordingly and ban such kind of things ASAP.
