With regard to the higher Authority, I lodge this complaint on the matter referred to above. The company continues to send messages via WhatsApp that I have been loaned money in advance even though I have not received any money from them.

Below is the message that I am receiving from them:

Hi, receive your overdue bill. Today is the final grace period. If you haven't settled the arrears today, you will receive...

I don't take any loans from the go money application till now but it continuously tortures me to repay the due. I got the message to different numbers from daily....

I got message from a number [protected] saying today is due day, please complete repayment before 5pm, otherwise system will automatically blacklist like that, and today I got message from other number [protected], saying receive your overdue bill, today is final grace period, if you not settle arrears today you will receive lawyer's letter and court summons in 3 working days, and if you refuse to pay again we will send the company's collection...
