Complaint marked as Resolved I had made a complaint about the irresponsible behavior of some of the employees of Go Processing. The matter was, I had taken up their distributor ID but I was not impressed by their casual behavior in dealing with clients. The company took a serious note of my complaint and has promised me of taking serious action against those who are doing their duties casually. The senior management is okay and they take their clients seriously. I am quite satisfied after having a discussion with senior management. The senior management at Go Processing has given me assurance regarding the service and support. Now, I am quite satisfied with the way the senior management has approached me and taken up my matter. They are now talking with sincerity. As far as the panel and related services are concerned, they are now working properly and I would like to say that the matter has been resolved now on my part and I am hopeful that Go Processing will not disappoint me in future. I must say that senior management is sincere and I realize that after having my discussion. Hope they will keep serving with compassion and dedication as they have promised.
