[Resolved] Go Processing — not reliable and irresponsible people | |||||
I visited their office in okhla, there i was attended by a person named javed. I asked them if they are keen to appoint me as distributor for chandigarh area. They asked me to deposit 25000 rupees in cash but i refused to pay in cash then they gave me an account number in icici bank. I transferred 25000 into the given account. They asked me to wait for 1 another day for the distributor id to be activated. Since i have transferred 25000/- into their account. I did not receive any confirmation call from the company. Then i tried to contact javed several times over phone, either he does not pick the phone or if he answers the phone he says he will call back in a few minutes but never calls back. They have issued me a distributor id but the services they promised to give, not even a single service is working in a proper manner. I have not signed any agreement with them as yet. I have contacted their customer support team, they behave like goons! This company has no senior authorities. Javed, ajit, yogita, tahir are employees, seems bunch of crooks! Aug 10, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved I had made a complaint about the irresponsible behavior of some of the employees of Go Processing. The matter was, I had taken up their distributor ID but I was not impressed by their casual behavior in dealing with clients. The company took a serious note of my complaint and has promised me of taking serious action against those who are doing their duties casually. The senior management is okay and they take their clients seriously. I am quite satisfied after having a discussion with senior management. The senior management at Go Processing has given me assurance regarding the service and support. Now, I am quite satisfied with the way the senior management has approached me and taken up my matter. They are now talking with sincerity. As far as the panel and related services are concerned, they are now working properly and I would like to say that the matter has been resolved now on my part and I am hopeful that Go Processing will not disappoint me in future. I must say that senior management is sincere and I realize that after having my discussion. Hope they will keep serving with compassion and dedication as they have promised. Go Processing customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
