This is regarding a company Name - Go Processing Ltd. provides online Recharge, money Transfer and other services to retailers . Many times i faced problems and solved with lots of hard work. Like - they taken 5000 to provide rail ticketing services to me.. After that they said your documents got rejected and money will be forfeited. Then i solved with lots of fight and got my money back.. Next-- My money was in My account Call (GO ID) But No mobile app or website was working even no response of Mail or phone call. Then i written a mail with CC to cyber crime police.. Problem solved but i got a mail back from cyber crime police (this is how they manage) Mail - you are advised to not mark CC within give and take of two parties the mail from Inspector of Cyber Crime ... And now again a problem .. no phone response even i spend 400 rs in making calls to them ( Customer care is not Free) So many e-mail s like-- Hi, this is Regarding Transaction Of 2000 rs regarding Service Load update on date 19/02/2018 10:03 Am In Sbi Account Number [protected] Via Airtel Payment Bank ARN No[protected] And Transaction No[protected] Is sent But My Service Load is not updated till now 1:58 PM on 19/02/2018 Kindly update my service Load as soon as possible This E-mail i written when i tried so much of time to connect with your customer care no-[protected] No response And tried to chat but no response Kindly update the same Prashant Tripathi Mobiworld com GA-67, Pul Paheladpur New Delhi -110044 [protected] GO ID-[protected] ... Mail says balance will be updated on 20/02/2018 But till now 7:35 PM its not updated - or no phone response ..Chat on website is offline. so i am feeling helpless because where to go if cyber crime department also not entertaining us.. Here is 2 more mails from my side ... Digital World 6:38 PM (1 hour ago) to Service My Balance is not updated today as you said it will updated today also i am unable to connect with your customer care on Chat, Call or anything. Apr 11, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Now they are trying extract money from a beggar with the help of using lawyer means All bad services and if some one speak to have some help there is a problem for them, Hello i even do not earn 20Rs in 3-4 hours some days . and you expecting 20, 000000 from me ?? This is our Indian system first they made problem to earn my bread and after that trying to extract money from me, Go Processing customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

THank you .. They Updated My balence on screen Which is just a numbers But i can use the services No services are working like recharge, Money transfer, Bill pay Nothing.. This money is just like stuck with them . i an not make any business with this.
