I am writing to complain about a vacation booked through your travel agency.
On 12th May 2022 we went to Mysore and returned on 20th May 2022 to Mumbai.
We were looking forward to our vacation, but I’m very disappointed. We faced a plethora of problems on the trip.
However, now I am coming to the main point. Your agency provided us with the Hotel in Wayanad (Hill Blooms Residency).
Suddenly, the hotel which was agreed in Wayanad Somehow due to some misunderstanding between the hotel and your agency we had to suffer.
and we got Another Hotel Wayanad Square which was 40 Kms far from Hill Blooms Residency.
I was expecting it to be a dream vacation. But instead of that, it turned into my lousiest trip ever.
You just made this trip terrible and maybe it is the last trip with you the way you spoke with me the Bad WORDS given was not acceptable
