I am writing to complain about a vacation booked through your travel agency.

On 12th May 2022 we went to Mysore and returned on 20th May 2022 to Mumbai.

We were looking forward to our vacation, but I’m very disappointed. We faced a plethora of problems on the trip.

However, now I am coming to the main point. Your agency provided us with the Hotel in Wayanad (Hill Blooms Residency).

Suddenly, the hotel which was agreed in Wayanad Somehow due to some misunderstanding between the hotel and your agency we had to suffer.

and we got Another Hotel Wayanad Square which was 40 Kms far from Hill Blooms Residency.

I was expecting it to be a dream vacation. But instead of that, it turned into my lousiest trip ever.

You just made this trip terrible and maybe it is the last trip with you the way you spoke with me the Bad WORDS given was not acceptable

All the information given on this website is wrong. We are saying this because neither one of these people who have written this has taken the service of this company, nor do they know this company. They have done this just at the behest of Debina Sur, who did not take service from this company but had inquired for Maldives tour package. But after some talk with the sales person, he did such an act with the company. And all the statements written on this website are in personal opposition, they have nothing to do with the truth. That's why we request you to remove this content from Google as soon as possible.

Itna mc banda hai bat karne ki tamiz nhi nd fake plans sell karta hai. Khule aam cheating karte hai ye. Pls be careful and make sure this company shuts down. Worst trip experience. Worst service. Go squad ride is a fraud travel agency. Doing fraud with customer. After taking oayment. The most fraud company in india, guys dont book any trip from this fraud co., even they will not pick your call after payment, provide you totally changed hotel from what they confirmed. Very bad experience. Good reviews are from their own team. Very fraud travel agency in india.

This travel agency company is fraud. They contacted me after seeing my post on tripoto and send me quotations on whatsapp. They have highly unprofessional telecallers who use abusive language if you don't entertain them. When i rejected their quotation, they called me and abused me.
As an avid traveller, i do good research before going on holidays. They say they are giving you quotations for 5star luxury but it's false information. They quote prices of basic hotels. It's better to directly call up hotels from the phone numbers on their website and directly book from them. Or use apps like agoda, booking.com.

They call up and abuse people for negetive reviews.
Please beware while contacting these people.

I posted a negetive review on their facebook page after they misbehaved. They called me up from this number +[protected] after 1 month of posting the review and used abusive language.

Go squad ride fraud fake company i got a fake packages i cross check from hotel, but hotel declined me for not booking this is a fraud company. Please be aware of getting in touch with them. I believe it's a fraud company.

They give you false packages and charge almost double. First i enquired for their packages through tripoto. When i declined their package, they called up and abused me....

Go squad ride is a travel agency but he is doing very fraud as per governmented forum many complaint against him. He is taking money advance but giving services and if any customer give him review nagative he is abusing that customer and doing call abusing with diffrent diffrent number. Once happen with me. When i reject his packages then he call me and abusing me very much. But i think on his google my business listing all review is fake or from their close friends. Because how can this posible every review on same date and same time on google map. You can check from google map by searching go squad ride. You see there all 5 star review are same date are same time. You can check out from owner facebook id and see all reviewer who had reviewd on his listing from his friend list.

Go squad ride is fraud company which provide me fake tour packages. This company taking advance payment but promise for best hotel but when reach hotel then hotel manneger tell that in my booking is not in their hotel when i call to company first not recieved my phone but after that giving me very cheap hotel and not refunding my money this company pathetic services. The people who send packages and the tele-operators are extremely untrained...
