Serious issue
I have purchased the mobile name viro v3 pro and the purchase order id is #6802 and the seller is go2shop.in
We have ordered this product order i'd #6802. And the product purchased on 19- mar-2020 and the payment i'd is pay_eu1l4jpzweuxmu so we didn't got till now any single tracking status details and delivery has not yet completed and we didn't have any information status of delivery, we paid the amount which is order purchasing price, in it and we been cheated by this such company and also we tried to contact for any queries, a contact no. Shown as customer care no. Once we contacted them through phone call a fraudal persons will ask bank details and they steal the account info and amount in it by sending a link to payment app registered mobile no. The fraudulent persons probably doing this kind work and stealing so many people's bank accounts.
The delivery shown in review that its a faster delivery product so hence we purchased. And made payment too, we request you take necessary actions and make delivery immidiately or company has to refund the amount to my account which has deducted from us and what we paid to purchase.
We are unable to contact to this company sells executive to queries about the product.
My request is to one who are be the authorised person to take action on the issues please make an necessary actions on such a fradual activities and not be cheated by such like shopping sellers it's a humble request.
