I purchased a mobile worth rs 2999 /- on 8th April 2020 . First I receive a email from rajavraman, online india @gmail.com saying that due to lock down they couldn't ship the product. Then I demanded refund. There was no reply....

On 03may2020 i purchased a mobile phone online by paying through netbanking (www.safexpay.com)

I got acknowledge sms only - attached.

Since there is no phone number, i sent an email's (Rajaram. [protected]@gmail.com) enquiring about delivery status. I am not getting any response after payment

I have made payment of Rs.2999/- on[protected]

But there is no customer care number. all number are switched off
our payment was done for ordering mobile phone model Redminote 8.
I have saw advertisement on Facebook and i have made payment for Redmi note 8.

We didn't received product or payment was not refunded.

Please arrange to refund payment....

I have ordered a redmi note 8 on 1 may 2020 payed rs.2999, view order (#8290). How to track order?
I haven't received it yet. If its out of stock i want my money back.
