Goa Miles — Refund not reflecting in my account

I had Rs. 572.51 and Rs. 344.19 in my Goa Miles account on 23rd Aug 2024. Unfortunately after bookings got cancelled, I submitted the refund of both the amounts on 23rd Aug 2024. Unfortunately till date I did not get the refund in my account.
