Goamiles — No cabs available, and no consumer grievance redressal system

I booked a cab for which I was asked to recharge money in to my wallet. No car was available at the scheduled time and it did not even auto-cancel. I kept on calling customer care number but to no avail. My money is stuck in the ride and if I cancel on my own, I have to pay cancellation charges.
This is a total scam!

The same thing happened with me. Pre-Booked a cab for 10:16 pm to Airport and after the cab driver was allocated to me, there was not driver number given. Tried reaching the customer care number and it said number not in service. At 10:26 I had to cancel the cab and Rs. 716 was deducted. Big time fraudsters!!
