I had raised a request for refund of 1000 INR on 17th July'25 on GoaMiles App, with transaction ID- GM[protected] and GM[protected]. While the App shows amount has been refunded, it never reached my account.

GoaMiles customer care no. not working...

I booked a cab for which I was asked to recharge money in to my wallet. No car was available at the scheduled time and, after waiting for an hour I recieved a call sating we have to cancel as no cars a avilable.I kept on calling customer care number but to no avail. Service is pathetic. This is not the first instance

Amount deducted successfully from my Bank account but Goa Miles not showing balance in wallet....

This is a total scam!

I requested for refund of 350 that was added in the wallet on 13th April 2023 and today is 1st April 2023, and I have still not got the refund.

Taxis are mostly not available in our area where cavatina restaurant in benaulim is located

This is a shameless app and a complete scam.Initially it shows that a hatchback car is available and I need to refill minimum of 200 in the wallet to use the service.After refilling for 200, it shows non of the cars are available.The amount gets locked in the wallet.
When selecting for refund, it asks to update the profile for faster refund.This cannot be skipped.When going to the profile page it allows entry of first name, last name, email and dob but does not show mobile number not it allows any manual entry due to which it will not profile updation.
When trying to contact customer care the call gets forwarded to another number but it never gets picked by the support representative.
It shows refunds beyond 5 months cannot be claimed but blocks all possible ways to claim refund in the permissible way.A master scam from Goa.

Its a scam.
Makes you load money worth the ride before taking booking
And Goa anyways all rides start from 1000/- onwards, a proper fleece and loot system!
So you load 1000/-.
Then no drivers or cars around.
If you get car then driver is non contactable.
Driver isnt coming
So you cancel.
They charge cancelation fees for driver not coming and not contactable.
Your money is stuck in wallet.
You try refund button it asks to fill profile details.
But doesn’t allow you to update mobile number - even in app even in website
Hence your profile isnt complete
So no refund.
And their customer care number is invalid.
So the entire loop of looting scamming harassment makes a complete circle here!
This is a proper govt and system and police backed scam!
And yes I looked for car in prime Panjim area on Tuesday weekday noon. If you arent getting there nowwhere is it coming.

Taxi was not available for me to travel and I was informed about it 30 minutes before travel time which was around midnight. I live in a village and trusted the cab would be sent in time for me rather they called to say sorry no cab available. They don’t have any local people working with them hence they face this issue as there are a lot of local cab drivers. The wallet money is not at all easy to get the refund. The place where you have to add your mobile number to claim the refund is not editable

I had rs. 1541.71 in the Goamiles app wallet, when I tried refunding, it show that I'll get it within 7 days but it's been over 15 days and I didn't get any refunds yet. Please do something about it.

I have added 2060 to wallet but I could not book a single cab - pls return my money

Loadwd 1000 Rs to book a cab through Goan miles. Though the money is deducted from my account the amount is not showing in their wallet evern after two days after payment. Customer care not responding...perfect SCAM...PLEASE DO NOT ADD MONEY TO THEIR WALLET...ITS GONE

I have not received my refund from goa miles despite repeated reminders to issue my money and refund since 10days it is not returning my funds.

About 25 days has been completed but I have not received refund in my account . Contact no of call center is not in service . Mail id of contact center is not responding.
No one is there to tell the status for refund . How to approach Goa Miles management team .
I am writings since 20 days at there registered mail id but no response . Where all are Goa Miles management team person ??...

This is a scam application, it just makes you add the money and you will never be able to book the cab, also you will never recieve back your refunds, additionally there will be no point of contact.

My refund of 792 rupees has not been given by the company.I booked a taxi but booking was not complete and amount was deducted.

It’s been 10 days since refund request sent no response nothing

I have raised refund request on 15th April. Its 17th July and I have not yet received the money back into my bank account.

I have a refund request with goa miles since 21st April, 2021 and today it's 1st June and I am still waiting for my money.
I am calling on the given number again and again after 4/5 days to keep follow up with them and on each call I am being told that my refund is in process and they have put it on priority basis bit still after waiting for one and a half month it's not done
This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
What on earth will I have to do get my money?
The customer care people have the audacity to tell me that that can't forward the call to any senior person as they are not available.
Today is 1st June and again I have been told that WITHIN A WEEK I'LL GET MY REFUND.

I had tried to book a taxi via goamiles they showed the route drives taxi and asked for pre payment I paid when after following up multiple times i didn't get taxi I cancelled and asked for refund I did receive an email of refund to be processed but I haven't received my refund yet and they are not replying to me at all

I had booked a cab on 1st february and the driver cancelled the cab once he came to know the destination details.

My amount was deducted while booking the payment and there is no sign of refund.

The customer care number is switched off and their website doesn't work.

Why do you run a company like that?

Need immediate resolution for this!

I have booked a cab on 12th aug 19 morning and mr. Chandrahas pandhare was assigned to me. His cab number is ga 06 t 4497.

When i called him for the first time he attended and asked me to cancel the cab saying he can't come for pickup. After that he cut the call. When i tried to call him, his mobile was switched off.

I tried contacting customer care but nobody picked up the phone. The system asked me to press '1' for a call back and i havent received any call back.

This forced me to cancel the cab and it costed me rs 71.4. I was supposed to reach airport on time and due to these issues it costed me my valuable time.
Also there was no support rendered from goamiles customer care. After the incident i have mailed to their support email id and till now there is no response.

I request you to kindly look into the same issue and pressurize goamiles to take action against the cab driver and to refund my rs. 71.4. Also to train the cab drivers to behave appropriately so that in future customers doesn't face the same issue.
