This is a shameless app and a complete scam.Initially it shows that a hatchback car is available and I need to refill minimum of 200 in the wallet to use the service.After refilling for 200, it shows non of the cars are available.The amount gets locked in the wallet.
When selecting for refund, it asks to update the profile for faster refund.This cannot be skipped.When going to the profile page it allows entry of first name, last name, email and dob but does not show mobile number not it allows any manual entry due to which it will not profile updation.
When trying to contact customer care the call gets forwarded to another number but it never gets picked by the support representative.
It shows refunds beyond 5 months cannot be claimed but blocks all possible ways to claim refund in the permissible way.A master scam from Goa. Was this information helpful? |
